At EQ every member of our reservation team is handpicked. To be part of our organisation, the highest levels of customer service, a wealth of experience and a working knowledge of travel vendors is paramount. Among the most experienced in the industry our agents all have extensive training in international fare construction and are trained to use multiple reservations systems, enabling them access to the reservations systems of our offices in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia as well as those of our global partners. Each of our reservation teams consists of four agents. This allows our agents to get to know the likes and dislikes your travellers and travel bookers. You have the invaluable benefit of getting to know the small team of dedicated people who are your primary contacts for all aspects of your travel programme. Our agents work in “buddy” pairs, the buddies will never be on holiday at the same time, so ensure there’s always a person with in-depth knowledge of your account to help you.

As Senior VP of a $450m corporate travel management company, she was responsible for a broad group related client services portfolio that included the Meeting & Incentive Management Group, special events and special interest groups. This latter category included acting as logistics facilitator for international trade missions led by three former governors of Massachusetts, transportation coordinator for a major film festival, coordination of multi-program educational accounts (80 programs per year for one client alone) and housing and registration for corporate & association clients. Additionally she personally partnered with a public affairs company offering mission-based travel programs which included the integration of development, public relations, board management and programmatic goals in a carefully designed travel system.
